They care about trying to do a good job. Antiquated equipment, systems, competing legacy cultures have really tore the teams down.

For the companies interest a culture of innovation at the bottom should be present. The phillosophy taught is not upheld by higher-ups only the people at the bottom. There is a complete disregard for employees trying to move on up either from management stonewalling employees trying to move on.
