My direct manager is excellent - a perceptive, practical, intelligent supervisor. Unfortunately, corporate does not care to ask those on the ground what the day-to-day reality of work is or what we need to deliver excellence.
The leadership team at Heartland is great, but they are shackled by Global Payments leadership team which is most concerned with profits rather than people.
