What do you like best about the leadership team?Motivated for change -adaptable. It would be nice if senior leaders actively engaged with all levels of personnel.
What are some of the best things about your team? They care about trying to do a good job. Antiquated equipment, systems, competing legacy cultures have really tore the teams down.
What makes you most happy at work?I do get to work with new technologies and my work absolutely makes a difference.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?For the companies interest a culture of innovation at the bottom should be present. The phillosophy taught is not upheld by higher-ups only the people at the bottom. There is a complete disregard for employees trying to move on up either from management stonewalling employees trying to move on.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?i have been treated so bad until I am just almost speak less...
What needs to change to make the company culture better?Resourcing and balanced work loads; flexible work from home arrangements
