    Motivated for change -adaptable. It would be nice if senior leaders actively engaged with all levels of personnel.

    They care about trying to do a good job. Antiquated equipment, systems, competing legacy cultures have really tore the teams down.

    I do get to work with new technologies and my work absolutely makes a difference.

    For the companies interest a culture of innovation at the bottom should be present. The phillosophy taught is not upheld by higher-ups only the people at the bottom. There is a complete disregard for employees trying to move on up either from management stonewalling employees trying to move on.

    i have been treated so bad until I am just almost speak less...

leased. However, we can still have a significant environmental
impact. We have many initiatives in place today and are
