Global Payments Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

pay, benefits, holidays, 401K and vacations

work-life balance and an individual's well-being

A lot of time off

The constant mergers have caused hiring freezes, lay offs, and not making good on converting contract-to-hire agreements. The IT subsidiaries have suffered because of this. Certain things about the business model through off work life balance and the business takes to many risk. MVP first.

Residual Compensation, for life, even if you leave

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Fair and competitive wages aligned with the financial industry and market.

Our yearly increases are set before employee performance is assessed so managers aren't really empowered to give yearly raises that keep up with inflation and reward great performance by the employee.

I am trying to get a day shift so i can spend time with my family, global payments knows this however has done nothing to help

Compensation was reduced in pandemic but company forged ahead with making more profits and publicly appauled itself for making fortune 500 list while not giving staff back what they took from us.
