Mr. David Lawrence Green, Esq., has been an Executive Vice President, Corporate Secretary and General Counsel of Global Payments Inc., one of the world's leading payment processing companies since November 2013. Mr. Green is responsible for all of its legal matters worldwide. Since joining in 2003, Mr. Green has provided legal support across its corporate landscape. He served as Senior Vice President and Division General Counsel, with primary responsibility for worldwide mergers and acquisitions as well as Global Payments operations in the Americas. He serves as Director for Global Payments U.K. Ltd. Prior to joining Global Payments, Mr. Green was an attorney at the law firm of King & Spalding LLP. Mr. Green holds a B.A. in Political Science from Duke University and earned his J.D. from the Emory University School of Law.
