What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are transparent and direct

Leadership listens when I bring up concerns. They may not always have an answer I like, but take the time to help me understand why a decision is made. Overall, I feel very positive about the path the company is taking. There is pain in growth, but I fell we are moving in the right direction.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Better support for professional development of their employees especially when they indicate that they want to grow within the company. Better transparency in regards to career opportunities.

What are some of the best things about your team?
Most people are polite and support each other.
My team has grown holistically over the past few years, and though we have had a couple setbacks, we focus on hiring members that fit our team and are compatible with the company values. Everyone on our team focuses on quality and teamwork.

Nothing. Interviews they do well. hR should not overbook empluyees wirh interviews that hinder their main job duties

Interaction with colleagues. Subsidized meals.

The vision and drive from the CEO. Would like to see more of his presence and involvement
I feel like I am making a difference (most days). I feel like my work is appreciated. I feel like my team appreciates my efforts and I appreciate theirs.
