GNC Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

I don't know I just need help finding my check stubs

The health benefits are good

Review from Sales Dept

All Benefits are good and satisfactory

Review from Sales Dept

They match the 401k 10%

Paid Vacation and Sick time

I like getting bonuses every month

Good insurance at a reasonable price. 401K match half up to 3%

Review from Operations Dept

Pay could be a little higher, but they give reduced hours in the summer and extra time off before holidays to compensate.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

They don't pay you the money owed

If i got paid the same as men do and if I was paid for the experience I bring to the table.

Higher pay and more hours

You dont pay for rhe work we really do i get 12 $ an hr an im doing the work that a 20 an Hr would make

If my compensation for my time, service, and expertise was increases to a fair or acceptable level.

Review from Sales Dept

There were no benefits and i was being paid a measly 9 dollars an hour. thats pathetic

Review from Sales Dept

I'm running two stores but only getting paid for one

No one listens to you when you have a problem, they know the issue, but don't fix them.

I feel undercalued strictly based on my pay and benefits.

Our compensation is that we get $150 if we meet our monthly goals, but on our paychecks its still taxed and we should honestly get paid more for the amount of pros we get

We don’t get holiday pay. We can’t request time off and get it even under extenuating circumstances. Benefits definitely

Cut throat environment and they push to much unreasonable goals and then even when you hit goals act like they coulda done so much better

Review from Sales Dept

If you want a employee to sell a certain number of memberships, you should probably pay a manger better than $13 an hour.

Review from Sales Dept

because my manager didn't do anything and he got paid more

Review from Sales Dept

Driving to other stores without mileage is wrong.

Review from Sales Dept

the compensation does not fall in line with similar positions in the industry in the location. HR told me they have no authority in hiring, retaining, or compensation. leaving it all to immature and bias leadership to run cavalier operations, giving promised primotions without due and ethical process

Review from Sales Dept

$12 per hour is awful pay for a full time manager. Especially when you pull the load for the store, train, hire, recruit, place orders, make sure goals are met. They ask too much for the pay you get. Unrealistic goals. At a fast food restaurant you start out at $12, and target starts at $15? Smh.

Review from Sales Dept

I believe my pay at GNC is adequate, however I am upset there isn't much of an opportunity for full time positions so that way I may get benefits. The pay plan takes some time to learn however I believe the "booster" pay plan is a fun system in effect and can be rewarding for the employee.

Review from Sales Dept

Unhealthy lifestyle means nothing if you hit your numbers. Half the products ASR?
