Review from Sales Dept

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

your store overprices products and underpays staff

Review from Sales Dept

They need to better train their managers.

If I have to tell you then your out of touch.

To much push to be a salesman and most employees didn't have proper knowledge be surprised how many times I sterred a customer towards and item just because I was educated on it and ppl sell pm items to people regardless of side effects cause they have no knowledge

Review from Sales Dept

no more all day shifts. coworkers and manager need to help do work

Review from Sales Dept

Mangers are treating employee's wrong by having them travel to other locations without compensation, such as mileage to travel.

Review from Sales Dept

customers love gnc, especially our multivitamin. lets focus on building our brand, getting brand ambassadors. more knowledge, and the company needs to keep tabs on employees ethics, ways they sell, production, not let field reps have complete control over everything not make "pro and auto" everythin

Review from Sales Dept

Instead of keeping stores in shopping malls, move them to high traffic areas such as near gyms, shopping centers, near restaurants, etc. my store averages 5 customers a day. Even on a Friday. When you suggest this the company looks at you like a joke. Waste.

Review from Sales Dept

Corporate philosophy is Fake and caters to the uneducated

Review from Sales Dept

Needs to restructure and figure out how to better treat their employees ..... need more hours for payroll so they can give proper breaks and proper time for training

Review from Sales Dept

Laying off long-tenured employees and keeping an experienced employees was one of the biggest mistakes they made. The morale is low as a result of good, loyal employees being let go last year with no and insight or possibility of an increase in morale in the future.

Review from Sales Dept

Pay, by being paid more

Review from Sales Dept

We are being forced to push products to customers. It doesn't work! It is NOT our job to spend the customer's money! Customers get sick of hearing the same pitches about adding on products!

Review from Sales Dept

Corporate has a strong disconnection to reality and the expectation of the consumer.

Review from Sales Dept

Creating a positive environment around competition is healthy.

Review from Sales Dept

Tired of not being to help customers because GNC wants us to push products which will not benefit customers.

We have to believe the company will succeed. Management has treated employees and franchisees so poorly that there is little faith left the company will survive or it will be collectible in the near future.

Review from Sales Dept

systems are outdated workers dont know how to do their jobs

Review from Marketing Dept

employers dont know how to do their jobs. work over time. having to work while on vacation

Review from Sales Dept

Everything, the whole company needs revamping

What do you like best about your company?

Learning about nutrition on my own and conveying what I learned into meaningful, and intelligent conversations with my customers.

Review from Sales Dept

My team. We work so well together!

Friendly staff and environment

Review from Sales Dept

What would you most like to see improved at your company?

An interest in an employees background and having them move on with GNC for the rest of their career. Absolutely no career development at the field level, and the field is run by very immature leaders which I don't think HR even vets as being degree holders or anything they claim to be.

Review from Sales Dept

The company should start focusing on long term growth not just short term profit.

More incentives
