The push numbers at all cost even if it means selling people without much money things they don't need without actually caring about their health
Everything that runs a business and treat women better.
More employees on at once so breaks can be given so you dont burn iut your employees. Better pay is a good incentive fir employees to try harder and stay longer in their stores. Dont expect your minimum wage employees to do the same work as your management.
The region manager micromanages all stores and does not permit them to act on their own accord

Get an entire new management team!!
They don't pay you the money owed
If i got paid the same as men do and if I was paid for the experience I bring to the table.
Higher pay and more hours
You dont pay for rhe work we really do i get 12 $ an hr an im doing the work that a 20 an Hr would make
If my compensation for my time, service, and expertise was increases to a fair or acceptable level.

Showing up on time and doing as ask
Their teenagers.... What else to say
stop coming late and actually help me with work
Review from Sales Dept
co-workers need to focus on conversations relating to products, what they do, how to sell. instead too much emphasis on how to finnagle a "pro access" a 40.00 membership out of free loyalty members. i have witnessed foreign customers getting roped into this with the gm placing his address as theirs.

Initiative. Part time employees are paid minimum wage so you can expect minimum quality of work. Why should they lift a finger for unlivable wages?

Stop stealing from the customer
Better pay and more benifts
Let people shop! Stop forcing them to buy stuff
The district manager doesn't have good people skills and I will not take much more
give shifts that aren't all day shifts. Give proper time off. Make co workers show up on time and help me with work
Review from Sales Dept
the interview process isn't bad, its the company itself. You wonder why you have so much employee turnover. Its because you dont pay them enough
Review from Sales Dept
Be real and make it about learning not how much you think a person can bride a customer

Make it harder to get into gnc because we are supposed to give health advice

Company needs to be more involved with how managers are treating employee's

the leader who i interviewed with has had me working under him for 18 months, acted as if he had never had any contact or previous interviews for that matter. reached out to hr. i was shocked hr did not know my pay, what store i worked for, sales numbers..statin these field mngrs have exclusivity

your store overprices products and underpays staff

They need to better train their managers.
If I have to tell you then your out of touch.
To much push to be a salesman and most employees didn't have proper knowledge be surprised how many times I sterred a customer towards and item just because I was educated on it and ppl sell pm items to people regardless of side effects cause they have no knowledge
Review from Sales Dept
no more all day shifts. coworkers and manager need to help do work
Review from Sales Dept
An interest in an employees background and having them move on with GNC for the rest of their career. Absolutely no career development at the field level, and the field is run by very immature leaders which I don't think HR even vets as being degree holders or anything they claim to be.
Review from Sales Dept
The company should start focusing on long term growth not just short term profit.
More incentives
