The leadership is very transparent and open. The culture cultivated by them makes GoCo a very fun, challenging and engaging place to work.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The environment at GoCo is open, fun, relaxed and challenging all at the same time. There's plenty of toys (ping pong, basketball, meditation room etc) to give team members ample breaks throughout the day.
What makes you most happy at work?
The complexity and challenges faces daily at GoCo allows me to grow as an individual. I am most happiest when I'm growing and learning new things. At GoCo, that's happening pretty much on a daily basis.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The team is very talented and is able to accomplish a lot with very few members. We're able to build and deliver features within weeks compared to the 1+ years that most larger companies take. The small size and high talent of our team sets GoCo apart.
