Not a great experience, too many folks who are inexperienced. Client Success division is a joke

It has been a very enjoyable experience.Changing jobs was challenging for me, but Nir and the GoCo team made the transition easier and quicker than I thought it'd be. I feel like I am working with friends, & the collaborative environment gives you the opportunity to be open &have your voice be heard

A fast-paced environment where you are given a lot of responsibility and impact on the company's future success.

Constant learning environment with opportunities to grow my skills and also feel good about how hard I'm working.

There when i need him but trust me to do the work

They want feedback as much as possible and you are able to see immediately what gets put into production pipelines as a result of that feedback. GoCo is a living, breathing product and they genuinely want the best platform possible for customers.

They are very transparent and make you feel npart of the GoCo team even before your first day at the office. They also do an amazing job in keeping the company's culture and values in everyone's mind and in every project we work on.

I've never worked with such a high caliber of leadership that also is so incredibly humble and transparent. In fact, I originally came to GoCo (and remain here) not even to do the job that I was hired for per se, but rather just to be a part of such an amazing team.

They are transparent about company growth, challenges & future ventures and open to feedback. They make team members feel like we all have a hand in making our company successful.

Base pay and pto policy

Unlimited vacation. They are very understanding about things that come up at the last minute, and they are advocates for enjoying life as much as possible.

The best is the unlimited vacation and the stock shares

The compensation is right on par with what you would expect with a successful VC backed tech startup, not to mention a ton of perks like free massages in the Zen room and tons of snacks and team happy hours.

That it is possible to change every 6 months as I contribute more or the company changes. I feel my contributions are weighed fairly while assessing compensation.

As a sales team they work in unison rather than truly competing against each other. It's not cut throat like many sales teams

We all genuinely get along. We're all here to support each other and actively ensure that no one is left overwhelmed. Everyone likes to reach out to help each other so that GoCo can prosper.

Working with my GoCo colleagues is like working with friends. Everyone is welcoming and nice, and you actually look forward to going to the office. We also have remote colleagues that come to the office now and then just because they enjoy being around the team.

GoCo has one of the best teams I've ever worked with. I recently had to relocate for my wife's job and now 'electively' commute back every couple of weeks just so I can be a part of the company environment.

All willing to work together to accomplish the same goal of providing the best service to our clients.

Employee wellness is made truly important

"Work hard, play hard" is something very much believed at GoCo.

The Culture is very transparent and collaborative. We have a diverse group of people in the office, and the environment is always positive and friendly. The culture is also into wellness and healthy lifestyles which align perfectly with my lifestyle goals

Great work environment -- everyone at GoCo are A-players and we expect a lot from eachother. That said, it's hard to call it 'work' when we're just having a blast as a team.

We have scoreboards but also public displays of achievements and other fun things. Work is the focus but we always have something else fun and engaging going on as well. It helps you spend time with co-workers you may not directly sit with.

That there were two screening calls in which I was able to talk to the founders before it was decided that I would come in for an in person interview. It gave both sides a chance to feel comfortable.

I loved being able to share time and talk with some of the members of the GoCo team while eating lunch - It helps candidates relax while also evaluating whether the company's culture aligns with their own values and personality.

Meeting many members of the team and that they had the chance to ask me questions themselves.

They really wanted to get to know me, from both a professional standpoint, as well as who I was, to make sure I could mesh with the overall environment of GoCo.

You get to meet the leadership team

Definitely the people. I was doing similar work at a different company, and it was not as enjoyable as it is working at GoCo. I also appreciate being challenged and learning new things on my field.

The people. There's not a single person I wouldn't want to hang out with outside of work or collaborate with on a project. We've been very intentional about our new hires and I think it's paid off in a big way - not just for productivity, but overall quality of happiness at work.

Hearing great feedback from clients or partners that my efforts and our product make their lives easier.

Everyone here wants what is best for everyone -- there's not a single person that has a "me first" mentality, which is really refreshing from previous companies I've worked at.
