Employee wellness is made truly important

"Work hard, play hard" is something very much believed at GoCo.

The Culture is very transparent and collaborative. We have a diverse group of people in the office, and the environment is always positive and friendly. The culture is also into wellness and healthy lifestyles which align perfectly with my lifestyle goals

Great work environment -- everyone at GoCo are A-players and we expect a lot from eachother. That said, it's hard to call it 'work' when we're just having a blast as a team.

We have scoreboards but also public displays of achievements and other fun things. Work is the focus but we always have something else fun and engaging going on as well. It helps you spend time with co-workers you may not directly sit with.

It's a relaxed, open environment that encourages you to think, and play, outside of the box. If work has you a little stressed, you can relax and not feel like you have to run away to do so. It's easy to get refocused because it's a positive, healthy environment.

Everyone is like a family

Everyone wants to see the company succeed and is willing to put in the sweat (and sometimes tears) to make it happen. It's an encouraging environment with open pats on the back & tools to encourage continuous engagement amongst the team. The office games, sports leagues, & happy hours help too ;)

The environment at GoCo is open, fun, relaxed and challenging all at the same time. There's plenty of toys (ping pong, basketball, meditation room etc) to give team members ample breaks throughout the day.
