That there were two screening calls in which I was able to talk to the founders before it was decided that I would come in for an in person interview. It gave both sides a chance to feel comfortable.
I loved being able to share time and talk with some of the members of the GoCo team while eating lunch - It helps candidates relax while also evaluating whether the company's culture aligns with their own values and personality.
Meeting many members of the team and that they had the chance to ask me questions themselves.
They really wanted to get to know me, from both a professional standpoint, as well as who I was, to make sure I could mesh with the overall environment of GoCo.

Cultural fit lunch. After a few interviews with key executives & other people you'd be working alongside, you're invited to stay and meet everyone. It's a casual lunch & fair game to ask just about anything! If the fit is a general consensus, it's a done deal!
