They want feedback as much as possible and you are able to see immediately what gets put into production pipelines as a result of that feedback. GoCo is a living, breathing product and they genuinely want the best platform possible for customers.
They are very transparent and make you feel npart of the GoCo team even before your first day at the office. They also do an amazing job in keeping the company's culture and values in everyone's mind and in every project we work on.
I've never worked with such a high caliber of leadership that also is so incredibly humble and transparent. In fact, I originally came to GoCo (and remain here) not even to do the job that I was hired for per se, but rather just to be a part of such an amazing team.
