The compensation is right on par with what you would expect with a successful VC backed tech startup, not to mention a ton of perks like free massages in the Zen room and tons of snacks and team happy hours.
That it is possible to change every 6 months as I contribute more or the company changes. I feel my contributions are weighed fairly while assessing compensation.

In the startup world, compensation isn't generally the main motivator for taking a leap of faith and joining the team. That said, GoCo has always compensated above the industry standard.
