Provide better support of products. Let product teams fix whats broken by providing them resources

Work is work. People on the phones yell at me daily like I’m the bad guy for doing my job which is taxing on my psyche
They have raised the minimum sales targets to keep your job. They have raised goals to pay the agents less bonuses. It's all about money.
