Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Re-evaluation of roles, duties, and comp. director doing VP work should be paid similar to VPs. This goes both up and down.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Team effort really makes a difference. I really appreciate it
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
A lot of interrupting and lack of productive conversations.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
A lot of equal opportunity
the false support and positivity is nice on the surface, but that fizzles away quickly.
