About 99% of our team is great to work with. Most of us help each other and make sure our shifts go well.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was at a different store than i am at now. The process was informative. The managers I interviewed with were very forecoming and knowledable.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Professional treatment of team. Better methods of corrective action not retalitory actions. Trained to better talk to employees to actually resolve issues and notbise gas lighting.
