What do you like best about the leadership team?
Kim our GM is genuinely nice
They Both( She and He) believed in me. I am trying my best to excel ato make $25.00 hr to do it full time. I love the Team Leaders of the Server Team.They reminded me of my Home Depot co-workers. Extremely supportive, kind, tollarence and make me feel like a person. Treat me with dgnity respect.

Communication, compassion, and general respect.
Different employees, listen to the good help
Professional treatment of team. Better methods of corrective action not retalitory actions. Trained to better talk to employees to actually resolve issues and notbise gas lighting.
Respectful hired individuals for all shifts
Maybe treating the employees decent would be a nice start.

They paid us on merit ! You work hard and were paid for it !!!

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I do feel unvalued I don't get many hours I only work once or twice a week and i get my hours cut. On top of that i get stuck in a part that makes no money while everyone else is busy. Plus sending tables to other sections but my own.
If i had gotten a riase
Yes the way i was let go was ridiculous and i will be further investigating into it

I never had a team meeting. They fired me before that.
I like my coworkers because we can relate to each other about management issues.
They need to learn English so they can speak to the customers but our manager love to hire foreign people that doesn't speak English

Following food safety rules. Not keeping food for 3 days in the cooler after being cooked and throwing away the food instead of watering it down and reserving it. Not using cleaning chemicals over the food products we are selling. Actually washing the cooking utensils...

I felt like I was being heard, and I felt like I had an understanding with a manager, but unfortunately, it wasn't that manager. Let me go. It was the other manager and the boss the owner of the store.
I liked thay my first interview was quick and they gave me a basic rundown of the company
It was overall easy I was only asked a couple questions.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
New Approach of doing background checks on hirres
Checking other employees backgrounds all the time
Interviewees need to be double screened for better candidates.

The gm has co workers that party with him. They so what they want and cause alot of drama. Its so hostile
