Kim our GM is genuinely nice

They Both( She and He) believed in me. I am trying my best to excel ato make $25.00 hr to do it full time. I love the Team Leaders of the Server Team.They reminded me of my Home Depot co-workers. Extremely supportive, kind, tollarence and make me feel like a person. Treat me with dgnity respect.

Communication directly with employees on a daily basis

The best thing to do would be to start by creating real teamwork.

Communication, compassion, and general respect.

Different employees, listen to the good help

Professional treatment of team. Better methods of corrective action not retalitory actions. Trained to better talk to employees to actually resolve issues and notbise gas lighting.

Respectful hired individuals for all shifts

Maybe treating the employees decent would be a nice start.

Everything. Literally everything theres no team there as long as they make money
