What needs to change to make the company culture better?
To be honest the way to creat a better culture at our company is a different management team that treats their employees fair.
What makes you most happy at work?
Meeting people is what makes me the most happy. Learning their life and from where they are from makes me happy to learn the life of strangers.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I do feel unvalued I don't get many hours I only work once or twice a week and i get my hours cut. On top of that i get stuck in a part that makes no money while everyone else is busy. Plus sending tables to other sections but my own.
