Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Responsibilities ramp up quickly with no financial compensation to coincide. Often the supervisor of very large and expensive projects with huge safety considerations while being the lowest paid individual on site by a wide margin

salary is on the low-mid end compared to peers in the region, even though my performance has consistently been above average. Benefits are poor as well, especially for an employee-owned company. Increase salary for high performers and improve medical benefits

Look at my peers outside and see if my salary is competitive. It probably wont. Stop treating people like we are cheap labor

What are some of the best things about your team?

Good spirited and hardworking people for the most part

The quality of the individuals and the speed of trust makes us effective.

Old and experienced with young people to teach and take over.

Skilled and talented people who are up for a challenge

Friendly and hard-working. Not a lot of politics. We enjoy getting together for lunch/happy hour

The recruitment team is skilled and helpful.
