unlimited paid time off if approved by manager
The health care offered had some of the lowest deductibles and premiums. The coverage also applied to a vast array of doctors. You are paid if you go to the gym (self care).
Fair comp and benefits plan
In this day and time the benefit package that is offered is almost unheard of in the job market. We pay next to nothing for amazing medical, dental, and vision coverage. In addition to the constant parade of employee enrichment offered throughout the year.
I still have to sign up for the 401k plan but once I can remember to do that, it'll be that haha
Review from Operations Dept
great benefits, with most covered by the company and very flexible with days off, WFH, etc.
Benefits package and PTO policy
Our health insurance is one of the best plans out there. Additionally, our PTO policy allows us to work hard and also take time off when needed.
When I have realistic quoata numbers.
Unlimited PTO and 80% of our healthcare is company paid for.
Having the ability to earn based off of my own merit/performance.
I do not feel undervalued. I believe the 401k could be more competitive with company matching. And the Cost of Health Benefits is much higher since the Collectors have taken control.
I have lower wage than others under my broader team, when we are a smaller team with a more specialized skill. We also pick up and fix mistakes made by team members getting paid more than us. Our jobs are not easy, it's very specialized and detailed, and that goes completely unnoticed by executives
Review from Operations Dept
I feel like with me with holding a degree in management I should be paid more.
Woman make less than men. People at the company longer are paid less than new employees. No bonuses or financial compensation for good work.
Review from Operations Dept
The undervalued almost exclusively stems from a lack of opportunity to earn equity at Goldin, when Collectors seems to have more standard options for this. I believe equity is a reward for people who take increased responsibility, and an incentive to align individuals' interests with the company.
Review from Operations Dept
I've recently received concrete offers from other companies that reflect a 40% or more pay increase from my current salary.
The scope of my role expanded vastly. Yet, my compensation stayed the same throughout my time at Goldin.
Review from Operations Dept
I feel as though I am valued, but in comparison to the market in 2022 we are severely underpaid. Just a few jobs that make more then us 1: Cashier at Target 2: Stocker at shoprite 3: Warehouse/labor work 4 : Starbucks supervisor = 14 k more a year then CS Supervisor.
- Compensation does not align with the responsibilities of the job and the time requirements - Goldin is a start-up and there is no equity incentive or stock options for those who are building processes from the ground up, contributing to revenue goals, variable comp, etc.
I feel undervalued because I have taken on a large amount of responsibility only to not be compensated fairly for it. I would love to stay at the company long term and turn it into a career but financial independence is more important to me.
