Overall trend removing employee benefits and punitive changes impacting tenured employees instead of rewards beyond a trinket. Less seems to be invested in mission. Always asked to do more with less. No ability to retain new employees b/c low pay. A positive has been hybrid work schedules

Reinstating PTO for employees with long tenure. Better health insurance.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
understanding how to do more with less and have a good attitude about it and not get bogged down when short staffed.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
my direct supervisor is supportive of me as a whole person not just my time in the office. B/c they understand the direct relationship that exists.
