The positive about the company is that they don't turn anyone away whose looking for a job.

My Team is a good team we care about one another we are just like a family.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't feel unvalued i just wish we could get paid more for the job that we do.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being with my Team and how we come together to my the Goals and the Budget for our store.
