It is pretty relaxed even though we are always busy and we all work together.

We all get along great and we are always available to help each other out.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Def do not feel unvalued. Industry standard compensation for my position is higher then what I make.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love the career field I am in, so just doing my job makes me the most happy.
