The lack of formality in areas such as social interaction and dress code.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are a very cohesive team that works well together and can also joke and have a good time together.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The entire department was given a significant raise, everyone that is except for me. Some people were given close to $5.00 an hour extra and I got nothing. Industry standard for my role is nearly $40,000 a year more than I'm making.
