Improving interdepartmental communications -making sure processes and goals are communicated clearly and consistently across the board-
What are some of the best things about your team?
We have fun and laugh. We all enjoy being a part of something and doing a good job.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I was promoted from hourly to a salary management position but was not given a pay increase- causing me to bring home far less each month. I discussed with my managers the financial and emotion frustration I had but he seemed unconcerned and didn't follow up after promising to try to correct.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being confident in my knowledge and experience to be able to handle the everyday issues that pop up and still get the job done. I also enjoy being the person that's come from the bottom and now am able to be supportive and encouraging to others that are in the same place I used to be. I feel respec
