What makes you most happy at work?
I love that I am able to do great work behind the scenes. I also enjoy watching the data paint a bigger picture as I progress through the year and metrics.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The hiring team made sure to leave room in the interview for questions. I asked questions about personal expectations and that helped me to understand what the expectations would be while I trained.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The teams do work well-communicating information. Most of our leadership speaks kindly and there is minimal office tension. The comradery can come across as office cliques and are intimidating to new hires but as I adjust to my role I see that they are welcoming.
