Stop changing policies last minute and not properly communicating it thoroughly. Get all SMA's on the same page so we don't get 5 different answers when we actually get an answe

Treat the employees who are doing the work better. Pay them, give them benefits. They would work harder if they were appreciated.

There are less emergencies in an Emergency Room. There are multiple fire drills every day and it usually is because something was messed up in the process and usually because it was rolled out too fast without any testing or socializing with key contributors.
