What do you like best about the leadership team?
I feel my manager cares about us as a team. We get to voice our thoughts and he listens. Also appreciate the fact that we are talked to about our goals, you care that we are treated fairly and equally. I love the challenges each day, I strive to be the best person and team mate.

very engaged at the top CEO level but my current managem,anet team is still a work in progress. We do not have as many group meeting as we should to be informed of any changes that will affect our decisions in our roles.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
I'm not sure that I have a compensation package. I love my job, not the easiest but definitely not the hardest. Not sure how the wages compare with other companies. But can't put a price on job you like and look forward to.

We are able to work overtime when offered and we have pto eligible days as well as sick days incase of emergencies i lost my home to anfire recently since working here snd Go Puff has been nothing but fantastic to me!
