Gorgias has done an amazing job of hiring very bright individuals who all share the same vision. Everyone collaborates well together, no matter the location.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love the people and our leadership! I also appreciate the autonomy provided to get my job done. We offer 100% ownership with no micromanagement
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love that they are completely aligned with each other and the goals of the company! They are completely transparent with the company, all the way down to company financials. No secrets here!
