What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leadership team is very democratized and level-headed. Nobody has an ego, and everyone's voices are heard.
I am confident that this leadership team will make the best decisions possible when deciding strategy.
I love that they are completely aligned with each other and the goals of the company! They are completely transparent with the company, all the way down to company financials. No secrets here!

Stock options matter a lot when the company is growing this fast!
It's all very transparent and fair - there's no negociation since it's based on your job, level, and localisation
Complete pay transparency! We share the ranges with the public. Overall extremely competitive packages, globally.
The best part is the transparency about compensation across the board. The compensation/equity and benefits information is listed in detail on their website. There's no questioning and nothing is hidden.

Gorgias has done an amazing job of hiring very bright individuals who all share the same vision. Everyone collaborates well together, no matter the location.

Gorgias is a company who loves and lives their Core Values! We talk about them daily and use them to make each other better.

What did you like most about the interview process?
It's a lot of steps (about 7) but the business case is what made me want the job. You get to work with brillant people which explains why the recruitment is long and difficult.
Transparency from start to finish!
Very thorough with many stages and practical tests of skills. Enjoyable conversations with great recruiters

More company (people) growth would be great but the state of the economy makes that tough for most companies right now.
