What do you like best about the leadership team?They are involved with and listen to those of us on the ground doing the "in the weeds work" and strive to make changes that will positively impact as many of us as possible.
What do you like best about the leadership team?They create a collaborative learning environment that looks at the systems in place and how to tweak them to get better results across the board. They encourage everyone to have a voice and to speak up and be part of the growing process. They truly care about the employees here as well as clients.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?Each person is valued for their personality and unique qualities. You are encouraged to be yourself.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I think GR0 has something of a skew when it comes to where they spend their money. Certain positions, while certainly difficult, are seen as worth much more than others, even if they require similar amounts of time, effort, and skill.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?I feel like I haven't had a lot of opportunities to work collaboratively with coworkers. So I don't know them very well
