What do you like best about the leadership team?

My reporting boss is doing his best to bringing up the great environment in the office. Toxic people and environment is normal in any company. But it's just how you're handle it. i love how he cares on each staff under him. conduct activity, and improving on kaizen weekly. he's a leader not a boss.
