Management is awful, especially in arizona. Toxic, not supportive and expects you to have no personal life outside your job

The people are generally lovely and reasonable, but working conditions while safe, were not ideal.

Toxic at all times. Managers are awful, hr is only there to fire you. There is no company policy to follow. You are in constant fear of losing your job. Pay raise is 1 percent, unless you vacation with a director. Do your job, say nothing to anyone. Company never thinks of the people working

It's ok, pays great but tbh not worth it to me.

They are very pleasant and to the point. They are flexible and adaptable when it comes to hours and operations.

Everything, they are only there to belittle and lie

They are all generally hard workers that strive to do good work. They are also adaptable and willing to learn

It's management not the people working

Focus on building relationships and understanding that their employees aren't machines

As a student worker, GCE is very good at putting being a student before work and we can adjust hours at will. The culture, at least in my department is very laid back in most areas.

Leaving at the end of the day

Coworkers can be great but also some will not hesitate to complain about you to management

Look up toxic work environment then figure out who's the problem

They explained the job well and were up front about expectations

Don't lie, they don't tell you the truth

Nothing it's a joke yep

Having a task or project to work on, because being bored isn't fun.

The rare moments when I can tell that I actually helped someone

Toxicity..... The office is a toxic joke. Don't befriend anyone they won't be there for long

No one does the job they are hired for
