Become better at implementing new processes. Don't force new policies and procedures on branches without telling us how you want this to actually be implemented.

They need to get better at actually having the skill sets required for the job, rather than being best buddies with whoever picks them for the position. I need to get better at actually embracing and encouraging innovation rather than pretending do you want it when they actually eschew it.

Start rewarding by merit and promoting by merit, and weed out favoritism. Graybar says it’s all about integrity and morals in the workplace, yet favoritism is common place, and my boss who drilled me on morals and integrity, turned around and plagiarized my white paper on LinkedI

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Outlook Reviews

Graybar is way too inbred, and has to start hiring lots more manager and executive level staff, from without. Left unchecked they will be passed up by the competition. All the most innovative people I worked with there have already left.
