co workers have so much fun together. once management or owners are there, even clients feel the tension

better education of stylist, competent managers, more reasonable owners. If you want to work at a haircut sweatshop... this is your place to be
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
they expect so much for so little. im not sure why they think anything we are given is motivation to go faster and do more.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
when management isnt there and it is a much lighter environment for our clients and staff. Everything gets done still and we do a better job because we do not have people watching us making sure we are going fast enough
