Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I am doing the work of several people due to high turnover and inability to hire replacements, but am still being compensated as though I was doing the work of one person.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Understanding how their decisions and management of the company/their teams effect every individual in the company, especially the employees early in their career who are still learning what good management does and does not look like and do not know how to advocate for themselves.
