Knowing that I'm part of a team and being a partner to our customers (rather than just a vendor)
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Flexible PTO and work from home policy is great not just for myself, but for my colleagues who are parents or have other obligations.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The speed in decision making. Greenhouse knew who they were looking for and Daniel (CEO) was super quick and available during the offer process.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all genuinely care about each other and each other's well being and everyone is willing to jump in and help/teach/provide assistance when someone needs it.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They accessible, thoughtful, mindful humans who care about people and fostering a healthy work environment. They put their trust in other leaders to lead their own departments, therefor creating a mature work environment where everyone is responsible and accountable.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are inclusive+make space for all employees and on all topics, light and heavy. We don't just have happy hours but we also make space for people who want to vocalize their frustrations around current world affairs. E.g. our "Consciousness and Conversation" meetings hosted by the Diversity Comittee
