Great collaboration, everyone supports each other and is available to answer questions. We have fun together

They are open to feedback and transparent about what they are working on and the direction the company is taking. They always support my growth
What did you like most about the interview process?
The recruiting team is SO transparent and every interview feels fair and is testing me on skills I'll need to be successful in my role. I had information I needed to be successful at each interview
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I definitely feel valued and the time off/family leave, etc is all wonderful. I hope we can get to a place where we offer 401k match, but it is very normal for startups to not offer at this stage.
