We recently went through pay cuts due to COVID-19 and don't have clear plans when we can expect them to be reversed, despite higher-paid jobs being available elsewhere

Our leadership team is transparent, cares about employees, is open to feedback, and willing to admit when they've made mistakes. Plus, they're proactive and creative problem-solvers who are always thinking about the future of the company.
