My team is one of the most supportive, creative, and collaborative teams I've worked on. We're constantly trouble-shooting and coming up with solutions together!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The best thing about company culture at Greenhouse is the people! We all believe in our mission and product and know that in order to keep up our momentum, we can collaborate and share learnings across departments.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best thing about my compensation package is that I know that it was intentionally formed to keep equity amongst the company and industry. Greenhouse uses industry data to come up with a fair, competitive salary and makes sure that it aligns with internal skillsets.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leadership team is so responsive to the changing needs of our organization. They are consistently adapting and asking for feedback. I appreciate that they are so willing to listen to and take in ideas from all levels at the organization to make Greenhouse the best it can be.
