I understood why the process was the way it was, I felt appropriately challenged throughout, and felt like it gave me an accurate picture of what I was walking into.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Greenhouse understands that compensation and benefits isn't "set it and forget it" - life changes, pandemics happen, etc. I feel very lucky about the adjustments they have made to make us feel secure!
