What is the best part about your compensation package?
Good salary. Unlimited PTO (with manager approval) and encouragement to use it (my manager pushes us to take between 4 and 6 weeks a year, all told)
What did you like most about the interview process?
Consistent and timely communication. Persistence (following up when I missed an email early in the process). Quick decision. Significant, but entirely reasonable, time investment
