There's a genuine culture of entrepreneurship and belonging. Everyone can be their true self and hustle for work that is meaningful to them.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compensation is non-negotiable because each role sits within a given salary band, but salary bands are also not disclosed so it's difficult to establish what's fair.
What makes you most happy at work?
I really enjoy the people I work with! Smart is an understatement for my colleagues and it's hard not to feel like I've learned something new each day.
What did you like most about the interview process?
100% transparency. I knew what to expect from the interview process from day one and the longest gap between touch points was 36 hours. They're just really really efficient.
