    I know that the work we do makes a difference in the world because the company gives away so much money to organizations and people who need assistance. The company exists to do good in the world, and the work we do is just a means to grow our finacial ability to make the world better around us.

    There's a huge emphasis on community service and charitable work, and people are eager to volunteer to do work in the communities that surround our various offices. The company offers regular opportunities to do volunteer work with various charities and community organizations.

    My team is large, diverse, and spread out all over the country, but works together so well, and works hard to make sure that we actually know one another in ways that make us feel like a team, even though we are apart.
