It's rare in a semiconductor chip company to have so much awareness and programs that genuinely focus on the wellness of their staff.

How much the company cares about the culture and stands up the individuals doing the work. There is lots of acknowledgement for the staff and opportunities to celebrate one another.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are flexible and willing to try innovative things. Not just a programs company, but truly try new ideas out. They are really transparent, our leaders ask for feedback constantly and are very transparent about happenings at Groq.
