Overall it has been a fast ride, training in the beginning was not great. Policies and procedures are different in all plants making it hard to be cohesive.

To be able to help and interact with people.

Teamwork - We still know how to have fun while getting the work done.

I like that they do travel to other plants and make sure all plants feel supported.

I love that everyone is willing to help everyone out. It is a true teamwork effort.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It would make be feel better that when more tasks are assigned to you, you get compensated for that.
