I have been able to utilize a fair amount of my skills here. However, I feel that there is much more that can be utilized, but it is not appropriate for the way that GSP currently does business/ SOPs.

GSP seems to be very good at selecting people that fit into the culture which facilitates great cooperation and atmosphere.
